This project was a special one - converting three apartments, each 1 bd/1ba, into a duplex up and a duplex down (2 separate units) each 3 bd/3ba. We were able to keep much of the beautiful wood and character from the original building (built in the 20’s) while bringing modern touches in and functionality for larger uses in both units.
