Our Darling Dwell is a husband and wife team, Sam & Erica, that started by gutting, redesigning, and rebuilding their own home. Living and working in Chicago has given them the advantage of working on properties new and old, from 1880’s warehouses to new-construction condos and vintage Chicago brownstones. Together, we create spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
