We originally bought this condo for ourselves as our first home together. It was one big room with a half wall for the 1 bedroom it had. We brought it from a 1bd/1ba to a 2bd/2ba with a custom granite floating sink in the half bath. We quickly outgrew the space however this first condo kick started our love of remodeling projects together.
