Out with the “new”, in with the old

We loved our first Noble Square loft project so much that we decided to purchase another unit in the building. This time we purchased a large, over 2000 sqft unit, that was originally two units. About 15 years ago, someone purchased two units and combined them into one. While in theory, this was an interesting idea, it just didn’t make sense for this building. We split the unit back into two, each now including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. See next project for second unit.
